Small cotton sisal bag that keeps soap dry in between uses to prolong the life of the bar. It can also be used to gently exfoliate the skin. Better if you just want to hang it up other than putting it on a soap saver.
However, this could lead to using more of the soap than is necessary given soap tend to lather generously without much assistance. The loofah is therefore a better alternative for exfoliation.
Keep the soap saver bag hung between uses to allow water to drip off!

Personally, I don't use these kinds of bags. But they are good at getting all the yucky stuff off of you, recommend you replace every month to avoid bacteria build up.
